- Fill out a course renewal form.
- Fill out an instructor application.
- Fill out a budget request form if your course will need money.
- Hand in a copy of the course syllabus.
- Supply two recommendations:
- If you are a student, supply one faculty recommendation and one general recommendation.
- Otherwise, please supply two general recommendations.
