Hi All!
This page has been created to serve as a resource for current ExCo instructors. We will post important documents (including the Very Important Document), list assignment deadlines and instructions, and keep a list of campus resources that you might find useful during you time as an instructor.
Please note that you will still have to read our emails! While the vast majority of our communication will come from the [email protected] account, we always send the Students Surveys from the [email protected] email, which allows us to edit the Google Script to generate surveys for each course.
If there are any other forms you would like us to post here, shoot us an email to let us know.

Recent and Upcoming Deadlines
| Monday, Feb 4th | 7-8:30pm – First orientation meeting (meet in Dye lecture hall) |
| Tuesday, Feb 5th | 5-6:30pm – Second orientation meeting (meet in Dye lecture hall) |
| Wednesday, Feb 6th | 6:30-8:30pm – ExCo Fair & Expo!! (In the Root
Room) 5:45pm – Show up to set up your booth. You may arrive earlier if you would like extra time for setup. You may also use this time to sign up for ExCos. 6:30-7:00pm – Fair will be reserved for those who have previously found it to be inaccessible. 7:00-8:30pm – Fair is open to the public. 8:45pm – Have packed up your booth and left the Root Room. |

| Friday, April 12th | Deadline for Fall 2019 ExCo applications and renewals Deadline to submit any reimbursement requests for materials purchased this semester. |
| Apr 15th – Apr 26th | ExCo Committee will be interviewing potential instructors for the Fall 2019 semester. This means we will have very limited office hours, and may be slow to respond to emails. |
